By scheduling or selecting delivery services through www.nanit.ae, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions of use, and all applicable guidelines related to the shipping and return of Nanit products.

Shipping & Delivery


We take utmost care in shipping your products. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before dispatch.


•    Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability and payment confirmation).
•    Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
•    Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time & Service


We use leading courier partners for shipments, ensuring delivery across the UAE within 48-72 hours.
For bulky items, deliveries may take 7-10 working days unless expedited shipping is requested. However, delays may occur due to:
•    Incomplete or unreachable contact details
•    Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
•    Regulatory checks by government departments

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a:


✔ Damaged item during transit
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Incorrect item


We will offer store credit for replacements if the issue is reported within 15 days of delivery.


Return Process


1.    Email support@nanit.ae with your Order Number and reason for return.
2.    Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.
3.    Ship the item back using a reliable courier with tracking.
4.    Once received and verified, store credit will be issued.


⚠ Exclusions:


•    Gift certificates & pre-orders are non-refundable.
•    Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.
•    Items damaged by improper use or missing original packaging/accessories cannot be returned.

Cancellations


•    Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if the status is still marked as "Pending."
•    Once processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
•    Any approved cancellation will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Packaging Issues


While we ensure high-quality standards, some imported products may have minor packaging wear due to long transit times. However, we guarantee that the product inside remains intact and brand new.


REFUND POLICY


•    No direct refunds are offered. Instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
•    If we cannot fulfill an order after confirmation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

DBA: Nanit (“Nanit”), located at 244 Fifth Avenue, Suite #2702, New York, New York 10001, USA,+1-866-MYNANIT,warrants to the owner of the enclosed product that the product contained in this box (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, Nanit will, at its sole discretion, either (a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or (b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product. Repair or replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at Nanit’s sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, Nanit may, at Nanit’s sole discretion, replace the Product with a similar product of similar function. Nanit will have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned Product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion after examination of the returned Product, that the Product is an Ineligible Product (defined below).
  • WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER. This Limited Warranty does not cover the following (collectively “Ineligible Products”): Products marked as “sample” or “Not for Sale”, or sold “AS IS”; or Products that have been subject to: (a) modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs; (b) handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the Terms of Service or other instructions provided by Nanit; (c) abuse or misuse of the Product; (d) breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network; or (e) Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane. This Limited Warranty does not cover consumable parts, including batteries, unless damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship of the Product, or software (even if packaged or sold with the product). Nanit recommends that youuse only authorized service providers for maintenance or repair. Unauthorized use of the Product or software can impair the Product’s performance. This Limited Warranty does not apply to anything other than the Products, including any software, even if packaged or sold with the Products. Software distributed by Nanit (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. Nanit does not warrant that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Yes! You can easily snap Nanit Pro Camera out of its overhead mount and then snap it into the Nanit Flex Stand, allowing you to bring your monitor to the next room or take it on the go. Nanit remembers up to 10 WiFi networks and reconnects in seconds once you’re back home. Do keep in mind, however, that it will only connect to WiFi networks that are private and secure.
