SHIPPING POLICY

By scheduling or selecting delivery services through www.nanit.ae, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions of use, and all applicable guidelines related to the shipping and return of Nanit products.


Shipping & Delivery


We take utmost care in shipping your products. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before dispatch.
• Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability and payment confirmation).
• Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
• Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time & Service
We use leading courier partners for shipments, ensuring delivery across the UAE within 48-72 hours.


For bulky items, deliveries may take 7-10 working days unless expedited shipping is requested. However, delays may occur due to:
• Incomplete or unreachable contact details
• Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
• Regulatory checks by government departments


International Shipping


Currently, we ship to the following GCC countries:

🇧🇭 Bahrain
🇶🇦 Qatar
🇴🇲 Oman
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are beyond our control and non-refundable.


Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. For inquiries, email us at Support@nanit.ae.


Cancellations


• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if the status is still marked as "Pending."
• Once processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
• Any approved cancellation will incur a 5% restocking fee.

RETURNS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a:


✔ Damaged item during transit
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Incorrect item


We will offer store credit for replacements if the issue is reported within 15 days of delivery.


Return Process


1. Email Support@nanit.ae with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.
3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier with tracking.
4. Once received and verified, store credit will be issued.


⚠ Exclusions:
• Gift certificates & pre-orders are non-refundable.
• Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.
• Items damaged by improper use or missing original packaging/accessories cannot be returned.


Packaging Issues


While we ensure high-quality standards, some imported products may have minor packaging wear due to long transit times. However, we guarantee that the product inside remains intact and brand new.


Refund Policy
• No direct refunds are offered. Instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
• If we cannot fulfill an order after confirmation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products effective from the date of purchase.

Our promise is to repair, replace or refund any Nanit product that had been identified as a manufacturing defect from the date of purchase, for a full 1 year thereafter at no extra cost to the consumer.

This limited warranty only applies if you purchase, use and operate this product in the UAE and GCC.

Products obtained from unauthorized retailers are not covered by this limited warranty.
