Nanit is not a medical device. Nanit is a connected product designed and intended to continuously learn from the data it collects to help you understand your baby's sleep patterns. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or other condition, including but not limited to, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). False positive or false negative readings about your baby’s breathing motions are a potential risk of Nanit. Height measurements are assessed using computer vision algorithms and are estimated - Nanit makes no guarantee that they are 100% accurate. Medical decisions should never be made using Nanit growth data. Nanit should not substitute for the care and oversight of an adult or consultation with medical professionals.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

By scheduling or selecting delivery services through www.nanit.ae, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions of use, and all applicable guidelines related to the shipping and return of Nanit products.

Shipping & Delivery


We take utmost care in shipping your products. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before dispatch.


•    Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability and payment confirmation).
•    Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
•    Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time & Service


We use leading courier partners for shipments, ensuring delivery across the UAE within 48-72 hours.
For bulky items, deliveries may take 7-10 working days unless expedited shipping is requested. However, delays may occur due to:
•    Incomplete or unreachable contact details
•    Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
•    Regulatory checks by government departments


International Shipping

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive:


✔ Damaged item during transit
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Incorrect item


We will offer store credit for replacements if the issue is reported within 15 days of delivery.


Return Process


1.    Email support@nanit.ae with your Order Number and reason for return.
2.    Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.
3.    Ship the item back using a reliable courier with tracking.
4.    Once received and verified, store credit will be issued.


⚠ Exclusions:


•    Gift certificates & pre-orders are non-refundable.
•    Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.
•    Items damaged by improper use or missing original packaging/accessories cannot be returned.

Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. For inquiries, email us at support@nanit.ae.


Cancellations


•    Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if the status is still marked as "Pending."
•    Once processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
•    Any approved cancellation will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Packaging Issues


While we ensure high-quality standards, some imported products may have minor packaging wear due to long transit times. However, we guarantee that the product inside remains intact and brand new.


REFUND POLICY


•    No direct refunds are offered. Instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
•    If we cannot fulfill an order after confirmation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products effective from the date of purchase.


Our promise is to repair, replace or refund any Nanit product that had been identified as a manufacturing defect from the date of purchase, for a full 1 year thereafter at no extra cost to the consumer.


This limited warranty only applies if you purchase, use and operate this product in the UAE and GCC.


Products obtained from unauthorized retailers are not covered by this limited warranty.

The unique pattern on Breathing Wear was custom-designed to enable the Nanit Pro Camera to accurately track your baby’s breathing motion. Nanit’s camera analyzes subtle movements of this unique pattern using smart algorithms that can detect your baby’s breathing motion and alert you if no breathing motion is detected.

No. The Breathing Band should never be worn on top of a swaddle. The Breathing Band must always be worn underneath your baby’s arms, around their torso, or it could pose a suffocation or strangulation hazard.

The Nanit Breathing Band is designed to track breathing motion for babies up to 24 months old.

Yes. While an overhead mount is recommended for nightly use, Breathing Motion Monitoring is available while using the Flex Stand.
