*Nanit is not a medical device. Nanit is a connected product designed and intended to continuously learn from the data it collects to help you understand your baby's sleep patterns. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or other condition, including but not limited to, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). False positive or false negative readings about your baby’s breathing patterns are a potential risk of Nanit. Height measurements are assessed using computer vision algorithms and are estimated - Nanit makes no guarantee that they are 100% accurate. Medical decisions should never be made using Nanit growth data. Nanit should not substitute for the care and oversight of an adult or consultation with medical professionals.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

By scheduling or selecting delivery services through www.nanit.ae, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions of use, and all applicable guidelines related to the shipping and return of Nanit products.

Shipping & Delivery


We take utmost care in shipping your products. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before dispatch.


•    Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability and payment confirmation).
•    Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
•    Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Time & Service


We use leading courier partners for shipments, ensuring delivery across the UAE within 48-72 hours.
For bulky items, deliveries may take 7-10 working days unless expedited shipping is requested. However, delays may occur due to:
•    Incomplete or unreachable contact details
•    Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
•    Regulatory checks by government departments


International Shipping


Currently, we ship to the following GCC countries:

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are beyond our control and non-refundable.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive:


✔ Damaged item during transit
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Incorrect item


We will offer store credit for replacements if the issue is reported within 15 days of delivery.


Return Process


1.    Email support@nanit.ae with your Order Number and reason for return.
2.    Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.
3.    Ship the item back using a reliable courier with tracking.
4.    Once received and verified, store credit will be issued.


⚠ Exclusions:


•    Gift certificates & pre-orders are non-refundable.
•    Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.
•    Items damaged by improper use or missing original packaging/accessories cannot be returned.

Order Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. For inquiries, email us at support@nanit.ae.


Cancellations


•    Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if the status is still marked as "Pending."
•    Once processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
•    Any approved cancellation will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Packaging Issues


While we ensure high-quality standards, some imported products may have minor packaging wear due to long transit times. However, we guarantee that the product inside remains intact and brand new.


REFUND POLICY


•    No direct refunds are offered. Instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
•    If we cannot fulfill an order after confirmation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products effective from the date of purchase.


Our promise is to repair, replace or refund any Nanit product that had been identified as a manufacturing defect from the date of purchase, for a full 1 year thereafter at no extra cost to the consumer.


This limited warranty only applies if you purchase, use and operate this product in the UAE and GCC.


Products obtained from unauthorized retailers are not covered by this limited warranty.

Yes! You can easily snap Nanit Pro Camera out of its overhead mount and then snap it into the Nanit Flex Stand, allowing you to bring your monitor to the next room or take it on the go. Nanit remembers up to 10 WiFi networks and reconnects in seconds once you’re back home. Do keep in mind, however, that it will only connect to WiFi networks that are private and secure.

Yes! In addition to your smartphone, the Nanit app is available for iPad and Android tablets.

No, the Travel Pack does not include the Nanit Pro Camera.

A Nanit Insights Plan gives you access to video history, morning and evening highlight reels, sleep tracking, personalized sleep coaching, and Breathing Motion Monitoring (with Nanit Breathing Wear).

No. In order for Nanit’s algorithms to track your baby’s sleep patterns, your Nanit Pro Camera must be positioned in the Floor Stand or overhead in the Wall Mount.

Yes. While an overhead mount is recommended for nightly use, Breathing Motion Monitoring is available while using the Flex Stand.

Yes! While on the Flex Stand, Nanit automatically switches to a 130° wide-angle lens.

No. Without a subscription, Nanit users can access live view from anywhere, real-time sound and motion notifications, background audio, Breathing Motion Monitoring, Temperature + Humidity Tracking, two-way audio, white noise and nature sounds, height tracking (with Nanit Smart Sheets), and up to two users with adjustable permissions.

Yes! With the Nanit, you check in on your baby with Alexa. You can see your live video stream and hear audio. You can also ask Alexa about your baby’s night, including how and when your baby slept, how many times you took them out of the crib, when they woke up, about your baby’s sleep stats, and even turn on their nightlight.
